Dreamweaver Record Update form needs some fixes

I have a a login form a serach page then a results page. The results pages is to also allow updates to an access 97 database. I have the dreamweaver record update server behaviour applied.
The update form is not showing date/time formats in the same format as the Access database which needs to be fixed.
The fields that should show currency are not showing the currency just a number, they need to show the currency in the same format as the access database.
The total due field needs to display the sum of several of the other fields added together.
If the file status field is Invoice Sent then none of the fields on the form are able to be updated. They become locked.
Form is not working, getting Syntax error in UPDATE statement.
Database design is able to be changed I need to know what changes have been made as I only have a copy.
Customer requires this form working by the 21st July
Also requires Dreamweaver recordset paging server behaviour applied, ie. First Record of x records, move to record y
