I need a website that will have an admin panel, client panel, and database that will be able to extract answers on to excel sheet.
The admin should be able to create survey add questions and remove from existing one. Also, the survey will have 3 categories depending on the questing that was answered previously by the client. For example, if the client is below 18 will get different set of questions in the same survey. I have also downloaded a theme that I would like to use.
