Make a dj/music mix - fitness track

Hello there,
I need your help - I am looking for somebody who would help me organise something AND it is URGENTLY! Read on...
I need 1 track, around 4 min long, which I could use with a voice over for the fitness class purpose, synced with a voice over.
The track will have 2 tempos, 1 suitable for energetic Jogging (on the spot), and the other for Sprint on the spot.
it will start with:
- 2 min of slower tempo (jog), then
- (approximately) 30 sec of faster (sprint)
- 30 sec slow
- 30 sec fast
- 30 sec slow
fade...
The timing is for the guidance only and may change a little, as need to be sync with a voice over.
I would like a few "gentle" sound effects in given places, like smashing the wall, exploding, and something indicating "the end" at the very end of the recording.
both pieces should be energetic, and "exciting" sounding.
One thing - I'm working on a voice over, and I would like you to sync the track with the voice over, I'll provide you... I'll indicate where the sound effects need to come, and where the fast part comes.
You will need to provide the track and all the sound effects/tracks.
Finally, it has to be ready by tomorrow night... AND, quick mix and sync with a voice over on Tuesday.
I MUST have it ready to use on Tuesday early afternoon, as I need to for my event on Tuesday evening. Please bid ONLY if you can do that.
Ideally, pleas send me a sample of what you did, I will NOT take anybody only because you say you can do it.
Probably, best if you could send me some short samples of your idea in your bid.
I've got some samples of recording, similar to what I want to do - CHECK ATTACHMENT... it is from some over event, so quality is bad... but I hope you'll be able to hear the BACKGROUND music behind the voice.
