I would like to hire an Augmented Reality Expert for an AR Android application with use in cultural heritage

Hello. First of all, I would like to point out that this is a faculty project and I will need access to the full code/assets used and whatever else is in the project in order to do my presentation.

Target: Small-scale Augmented Reality Mobile Android application with use in cultural heritage. This means that I would like to use the phone camera and the gps system to figure out what is the camera pointed at (e.g. famous statue, building, ...) and show information about it or even a short video from the web (if available).

Keep in mind that I said Small-scale so I want to achieve this target for a small, fixed area (e.g. a plazza in my hometown, a room in a museum, ...). I know that for this kind of size people would normally use Marker-based systems, but I am required to build a Markerless AR app.

That is pretty much it. I am waiting for suggestions, corrections if I am somewhat looking at this project from the wrong angle and, of course, estimates!
