Looking for Apache Kafka/Data streaming Engineer

This is 80 hours monthly full time support job. The person must be willingly to support 5 hours daily from 6 pm to 1 am or he/she might work during my office hour remotely... The timing is eastern New York time.. Depends on the work, he/she can convert to a full time employee. This job is monthly contract, which means you get paid if there is no work for that day. I am looking for the following skills. Someone who have good knowledge of Kafka and can troubleshoot Kafka messaging system. The person should know the following:
- Physical Deployment across multiple environments
- Optimization and Tuning
- Standards and Patterns Development
- User Guide Development and Training overviews for supporting teams
- Provide troubleshooting and best practices methodology for development teams. This includes process automation and new application onboarding.
- Design monitoring solutions and baseline statistics reporting to support the implementation
Please don't waste your time and my time if you are not serious or can't support the hours. I can adjust the time based on the discussion.
