Im a Ceiling Fixer by trade and have a plasterboard wall and ceiling company in Perth Western Australia, at present I have been doing all my take off for pricing jobs by myself, but now that my business is expanding fast I now need more time to service and chase more clients.
What I need is your very best fixed price for on going work to provide a take off/ estimating services for:
materials needed for the job.
square mater areas/lineal meters of job etc.
drawing are of basic commercial, domestic house, renovations job and not too very big and will be emailed as attached PDF
and I need all areas, ledgends, details etc. highlited and color coded and the itemised take off in a excel format.
things need from take off would include but not limited to:
suspended ceilings of all type, eg. 1200mm x 600mm exposed grid ceilings, flush plasterboard ceilings, metal strip ceilings. etc.
steel stud partition walls of all typs.
plasterboard dry wall lining.
ceiling frame work
insulation.
split door frames.
door panels with hardware fixtures.
external compressed firbe cement sheeting.
carpentry work.
painting services.
basically all aspects of plaster board systems.

which is the perfect tool to use i found.

PS. attached is a copy of the first job I need done asap. so if you can show me your skills from one page of what i need and the way its given to me i will award this on going contract.. I will have a lot of job for you to quote and with a possibility of helping getting you a working visa in Australia if things go well for my business so let start a strong relationship and build up from here.
the budget set is a guide, if you are good at what you do and is efficient then we can talk about the price.
