architecture - optimize room space

I have a room which is [url removed, login to view] x 5.5m. I want to slice it into 3 room please send me suggestions of the better way to do that maximizing also the light which enters in the left window. right door in the entry room, right but at bottom y the bathroom. and left in bottom is a little garden. so bathroom and garden will be shared by the rooms
