Chicago architectural draftsman/woman needed for gathering existing conditions and field measurements
$25-50 USD / hora
Looking for an experienced architectural draftsman/woman to capture photographs and field measurements of (2) apartments buildings downtown Chicago. Spaces include but are not limited to; main entrance/lobby, elevator lobby, amenity spaces, outdoor amenity space, and unit corridors. This task can be completed within 1-2 days. Professional conduct is required, as this will be an occupied building with tenants and management present.
Tools You'll Need:
Graph Paper (or plain white paper)
Pens (I like to use a couple of different colors as my drawings show)
Tape Measure (Ideally at least 25 feet long)
Phone Camera
