I have a completed presentation set of plans - elevatiosn and floor plans of the house I would like to build. I’m looking to complete a “tender package” to give to contractors to get clear, comparable quotes from 3 builders. My understanding is that would be a complete set of plans and documents designed to tell the builder exactly what the project entails and what needs to be built.
