extract data from webpage

There will be a spread sheet with two columns that will have a USA property address and a zip code.

see sample to view the results page. I need a program that I will automatically search and log the property values. No other information is required.

I am currently using excel and manually inserting the "+" in the address and using the hyperlink function to manually extract the information.

for example 123 main st on my spreadsheet will look like 123+main+st

My max is $200
