Open CV C# interop DLL/APP; track multiple objects Get X, Y and accurately control mouse cursor.

I need an OPENCV / A-forge dll which captures multiple object movement, must stream x,y coordinates' and the objects index no, a second application called TestMouseClient will receive the stream and move the mouse pointer.

The code will use a RGB/VGA camera and fast track multiple moving objects and determine a central point on the object and track it accurately, moving the mouse.
