Need to create a DEMO PROJECT.

I have a Database in SQL Azure.

I need to take info from a table and send it each 10 min to people who are subscribed to the BOT in Messenger.

Of course i need to create the Messenger BOT.

Need all in Azure using SQL and Function with no Server.
