Update ASP.NET C# App for importing CSV files into SQL Database

We have a single ASP.NET C# application that takes CSV files and imports them into a SQL database. These imports work on a timer. The application also has a windows interface that allows each file to be imported on request, for tables in database to be cleared and for all data to be reloaded. User can also modify the frequency of the timer.
The application is not functioning, we believe it is because some of the columns in each of the CSV file exports has been removed. This project is to update the application so it successfully loads the remaining data.
An FTP account will be made available to download a copy of our database along with the application source code and the compiled version.
The code has no documentation or code commenting and would like this put in place after/during the application fix so its easier for future development work to be done.
Finally, we will require the freelancer rewarded with a project to agree to a none disclosure agreement as sensitive company information will be shared.
