Alfresco and Activiti communiti edition installation

Hello, I purchase an virtual windows machine where I would like to install Alfresco community edition and activiti free edition. I would need it to run in order to be used as server from where I can access online. I don't want to get over all the headache of installing Java, Tomcat and so on. If somebody is experienced and can do it quickly I could also consider for further customizations later.
