Global Challenge Strategy Game

Need computer programming skills to author rules-based engine (most of the underlying rules are opensource) and graphic design of pieces and board for mobile application, windows pc or apple. Training mode will highlight possible moves. Advanced mode can be played against human or AI opponents.
