Can You Write 1 Article Quick?

I need someone to write a 500 word well written article on one topic. Please use the following guidelines for making an appropriate bid.

1. Complete written article for humans first, search engines second.

2. Creative title: Be sure to use the keyword(s) within the title, keep the title to 80 characters or less, 40 is best (if possible).

Structure the article so it is one of these styles of article formats: how-to, Top Ten # of Tips, instructional, FAQ, Q & A style, or a story to illustrate a point

3. 500-600 words maximum

4. Proper keyword density throughout article using given keyword(s).

5. No use of article spinners, article automation software of any kind.

6. Any questions or concerns, be sure to email me

7. Some research will be involved. The topic that will be covered does target the general consumer though without technical backgrounds.

8. The keyword(s) need to be placed within the first 90 characters of the opening sentence in the body of the article. I do have one primary keyword I need used and then 3 additional variations of the keyword to be used throughout the article just to provide a smoother read and to add to the uniqueness of the article

10. When writing for keyword density, think of an hourglass: more keyword(s) in the top, thinner in the middle, and more in the bottom.

Please provide 2 100-word samples of your writing or point me to a blog or an article you have written for in the past. Please just show me something you have previously worked on.

This should be a fast an easy job for someone who knows what they are doing.
