I need a Proof Reader/writer

This job is for assistance in writing a five page article. The writer must have great english and composition skills, as well as clarity in logic. The job will be done collabaritively with me providing main ideas and you writing a basic draft. I prefer to work in google docs if you are familiar.

I've included a copy of one of the sections. In your bid, make a writing sample by improving one of the paragraphs/sections.

Skype access, MSN access is a must. Confidentiality is a must.
