Create IELTS Test Samples

I need 10 IELTS Test samples (Reading, Listening test). You would need to create those tests according to the recent Cambridge IELTS test format. Open opportunity for a longterm casual job as well.
Few more things, I would like to add to the task so you would have a better idea:
+ Those tests are Academic (You could do 5 Academic + 5 General Training if you prefer)
+ You don't need to write up the articles in the tests. The articles for the tests could be from newspaper, journals, books, online... (all need to be referenced). But it has to be similar to those in IETLS test so we could test the student's English level.
+ Reading, Listening test would contain 40 questions each. You would need to create the questions and answers accordingly
+ Listening test is a listening script (no audio) - as in the Cambridge IETLS test . If you could provide the audio part, there would extra pay for those.
