I have 8 psd pages of desktop version website, you need to convert them into html5, which should be supporting all browsers, also need to develop laptop/tablet/mobile version of same website pages (all the content, menus should be laptop/mobile/tablet friendly), you should use fluid width layout techniques to support odd pixels layout.
this is how it should be, from 240px to 1680px we can have 4 breakpoints, desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile, html should recognize the screen size and switch to respective website mode, in between for odd pxs use fluid width layout technique to adjust screen size. If we resize web browser window, elements should transformed smoothly on each breakpoint (from 240 to 1680 pixels) in order to adapt to the current screen size. Width of the page is fluid – it should uses 100% of available space, should have option to disable this feature so the page width will change on breakpoints and will not take entire available space. also use auto adopting grid structure to display number of columns based on screen size. use additional grid for title so long name can be clipped and show full title on mouse hover. use auto hide/show on mouse hover for certain links, alternate image on mouse hover.
you should also have good knowledge of javascript, AJAX to include all menu dropdown, mouse hovering, product sliding, banner sliding effects. if you have angular.js knowledge, it will be an advantage so we can continue with this project for development works.
