Excel copy data from 12 files into one file, then reformat

Consolodate and reformat data from 12 excel files with a total of 1200 records into one excel workbook.

There is a title for each group of 10 records that needs to be copied onto each record in that group.

25% milestone at completion of 2 files to confirm correct result.

Attached files includes sample input file, output file, and instructions in the pdf file.
