Hello,
My overall objective for this project is to compile a comprehensive list of potential donors to Israel/Jewish + technology/education causes:
This includes:
1. Data Entry - Using existing business cards, donor list and note cards (which I will provide) to create an Excel spreadsheet. Data from business cards should be entered into a form including columns for: 1) Name, 2) Address + Phone Number+ web address, 3) Email address (THIS IS CRITICAL), 4) Company and Position, and 5) Philanthropic Information (see below).
2) Philanthropic Information Web search - Once the entire list is compiled and entered into the excel sheet a web search must be conducted on each name. The purpose of the web search is to determine the following:
a) Where does the individual work?
b) What organizational boards does this individual serve on?
c) What organizations does this individual donate to?
d) What is this individual's relationship to Israel?
e) What are these individuals philanthropic interests?
f) What is this individual's net worth?
g) Is this individual affiliated with a philanthropic foundation? If so, what is his position, what are the foundation's funding interests?
