Web Scrape emails of RSL Clubs, Civic Centres in NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, ACT in Australia for Email Marketing Campaign

We are about to embark on a huge project and require the email address and details of the following specific companies in New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), Victoria (VIC), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), South Australia (SA), Tasmanian (TAS) and Western Australia (WA)

* All RSL Clubs

* All League Clubs

* All Soldiers Club

* All Civic Centres

* All Councils

* All Shopping Malls (eg Westfields is just one)

You will be required to ...

1) Find the best method in finding and web scraping the details we require for this email marketing campaign (This may be, yellow pages, Google Search for RSL Clubs etc or Westfields etc.). Asking us for what is the best website to gather the information may result in us not awarding you with the project or cancelling the project if it was awarded to you, without any payment.

2) Create and provide us with a CSV file specifically for each Section as mentioned above, specific for each state of Australia.

3) You will be required to collect as much details as possible. Email addresses are very important. Please ensure you follow the following requirement and conditions per field to ensure a 100% satisfactory rate and be awarded the final payment.

* Company/Organization Name (required field - must have)

* Company or customer Email Address (required field- must have). If you find a organization that has their company email address and a person's email address, then we would like both email address, so that this would then be two entries for the one organization.

* Contact Name (important, but if you can't find it, not to worry)

* Address 1 (conditional field - great to have, but not essential)

* Phone (conditional field - great to have, but not essential), please include area code.

* Suburb_Town (required field- must have)

* State (required field- must have)

* Postcode (important, but not essential)

* Web Site (not important).

Please note that every line of information must have one email address (the email address or contact email address. Getting two emails address is even better). Please do not include duplicate email addresses, however if there is one more than one email address for a organisation, please include the multiple email addresses per company if available.

We will pay $0.08 per listing. We will only pay for accurate listings, that my administration staff will verifiy. We will not pay for emails that bounce back or cannot be delivered, because of incorrect data entry.

Given the number of entries you can find, we will pay $0.08 cents per each accurate and successful listing up to a maximum of $500 AUD dollars. This would equal about 6,000 possible entries we would require.

DO NOT REQUEST A MILESTONE PAYMENT OF $500, as we will not pay that amount. We will accept $100-$150 milestone payment and then pay for each CSV file provided to us, upon checking for accuracy.

ALL ENTRIES OBTAINED, MUST BE FOR COMPANIES AND CONTACTS THAT ARE LOCATED IN THE GIVEN STATES OF AUSTRALIA.

100% ACCURACY THEREFORE IS REQUIRED, FOR FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT.
