I outsourcing VAs for Administrative Support/Administrative Assistant/Coordinator for our company as well as clients.
The following is a description of what we do -
I am looking for highly motivated freelancers for LinkedIn Pipelining, Email Marketing as well as Administrative Support for my Fortune Ranking clients. I currently have a team in India who I am outsourcing from. I am looking to add more teams in all time zones. Minimum requirement is 60 hours a month. My team will train the freelancers in my specific and unique patented methodology for business development through LinkedIn. Training duration is for four weeks, 3 days a week for 2 hours and conducted online (Zoom) on phone. My training for which clients are paying $12,000USD will be offered free of cost with a minimum 6 months commitment from freelancers. During the training period freelancers will be working on live client accounts and will be eligible for 5% commission on any revenue generated on the leads they get, plus $6.50 CAN per hours. After the training, there will be a one-month trial period to work independently on client accounts. Through the training period and through the first month they will get paid $6.50 an hour plus 5% on any leads generated. The foundation of this work is based on Integrity, Accountability and Authentic Communication. I am committed to have my team succeed along with the company.
Possibility of increased hourly rate after 6 months.
The revenue goal of the company for year end May 2018 is $625,000USD. The team will consist of 15 freelancers. I already have 7 and require 8 more. Based on target company revenue, each freelancer has the possibility of earning up to $5000 USD plus in the next 6 months. The revenue goal for the company is 1.5 million for December 2018. This is suitable for those who are highly self generative. For the first 6 months, this should be a part time job and the freelancer should be able to sustain themselves. Average contract closing period is 6 to 8 months when the commissions will kick in.
