Write the SQLite and MySQL routines in Delphi 7

I have the form created, I need someone to program the database interactions.
What I need:
1) Query and write database locally in SQLite
2) Synchronize three local tables with database in remote MySQL (you can use TTimer)
3) Print to ESC/POS Printer using serial port
Characteristics:
1) Fill in Combobox with products
2) Programming 3 combobox filter to determine the trip (date / time / destination)
3) Add items to StringGrid
4) Calculate total a number of sale to show in labels
5) Print tax coupon for each item to POS Printer
6) Write item printed to SQLite
7) Write sales data to SQLite
8) Synchronize SQLite tables with a remote MySQL by TTimer indicating the status of connection
Knowing how to do it, it's a fast, work-less, resource-focused job.
Terms:
