Bulk Advertising - TXT Message - Facebook Extraction

I am looking for someone to:

Step 1:

Use a facebook account to friend 10,000 people in Buffalo, NY Area (Hamburg. Orchard Park, East Aurora)

Step 2:

Extract contact information into a database (Cell Phone Numbers, Emails, Etc)

Step 3:

Create a Small program that can be used to export advertising information about a retail outlet. This program should take sale information (Ex. 42" LCD Television ONLY 399 @ TV City; Call 627-0323 or visit [url removed, login to view]) And use that database listed in step 2 as an address book to send this information to.

This program should be able to send txt messages to cell phone numbers included in the database. Ideally it would also send sale information to facebook, myspace, twitter and craigslist so that I may reach as many people as possible.

The following media outlets are listed in order from most important to least important. Please let me know in the pm what aspects of the job you think you can get done and if anything may be unreasonable.

I am not looking for SIMPLY a craigslist lister and please do not bid if that Is all you can do. I am looking for somone to create an advertising platform to reach people on there phones via txt message and on facebook.
