E-commerce Customer Support Superstar Needed

I'm in search of a strong customer support representative with hands-on experience with Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
Key responsibilities would involve:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Processing returns and refunds
- Navigating and resolving shipping and delivery issues
In addition, the ideal candidate should be proficient in using customer support tools like Zendesk and e-commerce tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Your previous experience in these areas will be highly valuable for this project.
