Create a modulator board that, when powered on, takes a composite rgb video (optionally other kind of input signal) and converts it to multiple UHF band frecuencies from 474 MHz (channel 21) to 858 MHz (channel 69) at the same time and when powered off acts as a simple bridge of another multiband input (like an TV antenna) to its own OUT plug.
