We are seeking an agent for Customer Support position. This position does NOT involve Telemarketing or cold calling.

• You will be required to answer calls, emails and chats;
Primary duties include:
• Providing Customer Support for our clients on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, twitter)
• Assisting customers with their issues and/or responding to their inquiries
• Making follow up outbound calls as needed
• Responding to emails and live chat inquiries
• Answering phone calls professionally
You are a great fit if:
• You have an interest or passion in beauty (skin care, makeup) industry
• You can write and speak English and Urdu fluently
• You can deliver excellent Customer Service
• You have patience
• You have a computer/laptop with good speed internet
• You have good system handling and can work efficiently on computer / laptop (A plus if you can type in Urdu )
• You have proficiency in Microsoft (word, excel)
• You are hardworking and looking for long term career job
