I have an excel sheet with over 400 entries.
I am adding entries here and there, but the majority of entries are in the sheet.
Each entry is for the job that needs to be invoiced.
An entry in short, details the days Items worked on by a tech, or multiple techs, or multiple companies on the job.
This job got out of hand with change orders.
So we have an AddOn/change order sheet which allows us to add and track the Add/change orders given. I am adding entries here and there, but the majority of entries are in the sheet as well.
this sheet has about 200 entries on it.
Have a drop down sheet
Data from drop down menus is used to populate the sheets
On a job- Each day a time sheet is filled out. Entries we enter into the workbook, come from these time sheets….
The time sheet has the following data that is entered into the work book….
Sheet DATE
Sheet # NAME
# Of Techs for the entry
Start Date/time
End Date/Time
Hours total before breaks
Breaks taken
Total hours for the line (row)
Part # (part of the job- we have bid parts, Time and material parts and so on, each part is given a Letter EX: 4881.B WL Tile- is part B – we are installing Tile Wainscoting
Item # (each detail of a part would have an Item #. these item numbers are mainly used to track details of each part of the job.)
Room Code (each room on the job has a room code)
Notes
# of Tech/crew on the job (for the company on the line item
Trucks on the job
Lodging Type
Lodging Number
Completed

NEED to be able to enter a query for the following to generate invoices and paying subcontractors.
I would like to pull the different queries for my ranges on the drop down sheet I made.
Would like to get results and multiple both results in column lists and Concatenating comma separated.
Need to be able to query and group by all…

Crews
Hours
Techs onsite
Lodging info
Trucks onsite
etc...

I can give you a backup of the sheet I'm using but once the formula is written need to insure it works on the sheet I'm using…
