Summary
My problem is the formulas in my current spreadsheets are too long and difficult to read. I wish to shorten the formulas and be able to change the contents of 1-2 cells and have the results of the output change. Hope this is clear so far. I am not looking for any macros to do any of this automatically.

I have one spreadsheet called FE. It has 52 columns and the number of rows varies from month to month. This is my source spreadsheet. It has 3 ranges of cells in 3 different columns. The ranges I call Invoice, Tracking and Net.
I have another spreadsheet that pulls data from FE. Call it RECONCILE. It will have the same number of rows as FE. Data will be pulled into RECONCILE even if FE spreadsheet is not open. Data is pulled into RECONCILE based upon the Tracking number. Data will be pulled from the spreadsheets based upon cell months in the RESULTS spreadsheet. Thus if 0119 is in cell G1 and 0219 is in cell G2 then data will be pulled from FE spreadsheet ending in 0119. If there is no data in that FE spreadsheet, an additional attempt will try the FE spreadsheet ending in 0219.
The formula I have been using is "IFNA(INDEX([login to view URL]!Net,MATCH(E15,[login to view URL]!Tracking,0)),INDEX([login to view URL]!Net,MATCH(E15,[login to view URL]!Tracking,0)))". Thus if the data does not exist in the spreadsheet ending in 0119, the spreadsheet ending in 0219 will be tried. If there is no match between the 2 spreadsheets, a 0 should be returned.
Month to month the name of the spreadsheets and the data it holds change The spreadsheet name changes, but only the part related to the date. For example, "FE_Month_013119", "FE_Month_022819", etc.
