Make Excel VBA Macro Run Faster

Hi found a function [login to view URL]
It works perfectly, but is very slow as it steps through each cell one at a time.
e.g. to covert a single 1000 character cell, it takes about 10 seconds on my fast computer.
I found a fix I think, but I need a VBA expert to do it for me (or find a fix that will): [login to view URL]
I am including the excel file with the code. You will see the macro operating slowly, but correctly in cell F2 and F3.
