I'm in need of someone that has an understanding of Excel Macros, On-Time Events, VBA and Userforms. I would need a bulletin board with static and dynamic fields. The dynamic fields should be updated according to dates and times. most of the schedules will available in excel format for everyday for the next 30 years or so. Then others columns will need to be added and set according to the times already in the files. and then we'll also need static fields were we should be able to change info manually as well.
