App Advertising (Teen Girls)

Note: The first part of this project needs to be completed by Thursday this week.

I am looking for an experienced app marketer with experience in traditional web ads (banners), mobile ads, social and CPI. Must have experiences targeting women/teens.

We have three apps in the photo/video category. Goal for us to reach 100M Active users. We have 27M active users now, but only a fraction in US and Western markets. This is the goal now -- increase Western users with priority in the USA.

We aren't going to buy ALL of our users, but we need a solid, aggressive campaign to kick-start growth, increase rankings, etc.

What I need this round is a simple marketing mix in a spreadsheet on how you might target the following. I need this for an initial meeting with our executive team. We have a large budget approved, and this piece would fit my larger marketing/PR and product development plan.

Note: I am looking for a few NEW freelance media strategy and buyers to work with. So please include background on work you've done, tools you use (either have access to or simply have experiences using), and how you'd track progress of this campaign.

US teen girls 13-17 -- 70% iOS and 40% Android

Assume 500,000 and 1M spend.

Category: Photo and Video

Overview: Automatically enhances photos and live videos, ads nice (and funny) make-up effects, fun

Considerations: Instagram should play into this

US women 18-27 for both iOS and Android

Lets assume 250,000 and 500,000 spend options

US Men and Women 21-50 (yes, I know broad) for both iOS and Android (50/50)

Assume seasonal spend like XMAS, Easter, Halloween, etc.

Carroty: Photo and Video

Overview: Funny costume and make-up effects to video and photos

Lets assume "flights" of spends around holidays at 50,000 and 100,000K

For this exercise lets assume Christmas and New years.
