Hold my hand through small facebook cover photo question

I have seen other Facebook pages have "cover photos" that can be clicked on to "redirect" a person to a webpage or "request a call" form. I have built a Cover photo with a "Click to call" image already. however, I cannot figure out how to make clicking on my picture redirect me to the link I originally wanted. I don't need anyone to do the work. I simply want someone to get online with me for 5 minutes and walk me through the process. I will gladly pay for this help, but I understand it is limited work.
