Small Facebook oriented project with flash

Simple project, I need this flash app for facebook: [url removed, login to view] (not the whole website, just that page with flash app)

Flash app to design banner, with different colors, fonts, size changers, backgrounds with custom background, etc. See link to see the EXACT thing I need. Click upload and it will cut the image into 5 pieces and tag the user in each picture from last to first. I need it exactly as shown in the link: [url removed, login to view]
