FLASH VECTOR Artist/Cartoonist NEEDED

I am looking for a person or team of artists to create some FLASH vector art designs for me (30 in total). I do not want individual bids for each design, but a bid on the total designs needed. My Max Budget on this is about $150, if I am really impressed I will see if I can add a little more to that.
I am looking for Cartoon or Comic Book styled Scenes/Backgrounds:
City, Landscape, Rooms,Parks and Forests (I will provide details once I have decided that you meet the requirements for this).
This vector art needs to be provided to me in a FLA format. You are welcome to create it in Illustrator, or any program of your choosing but the final files must be provided in FLASH.

Now please keep in mind I can purchase these images from them for about the price of my budget, but I would prefer to give an artist the opportunity on this.
I will provide details of the project and the designs, once I have had a chance to review some samples.
