Chrome Extension to Print Directly on Printer without Preview and Customized Settings

I wanted to develop a Chrome Extension that will enable Direct Printing on the printer without showing preview and with customized settings. When a user will try to open some PDF File from a specified path, the extension will detect the path and send the PDF directly to the Default printer with the customized Paper size and margins not the default printer settings.
