I have a form that I use for billing,
I need a few modifications done,
1, the boxes at the top for work order need space for an extra didget
2. The milage needs to extend the full distance
3 Test ordered needs to extend the full distance
4. My logo needs to be put on
5. If possible I would like it so that the Work ordr number also shows up in code 39 barcode, same with the name
Clean it up and make it look pretty. I ask for low bids, but the better you are at making it look professional, the bigger tip i leave you when complete.
