Tasks:
1) Refine existing template layout PSD.
2) From PSD, create HTML mock-ups for each of the 14 templates and incorporate MailChimp merge code.
3) Design graphical banners from provided stock images and incorporate into each template.
4) Populate each template with written copy (CHINESE & JAPANESE TRANSLATIONS PROVIDED) and buttons. This also requires:
a. design of button graphics.
b. revisions to content and template as necessary.
5) Create each template within MailChimp from HTML mock-ups.
a. Upload images to MailChimp server and update image URLs accordingly.
b. Test each template in a variety of Email clients, including Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Hotmail/Outlook webmail, Gmail and Yahoo Mail.
c. Further revisions to template to improve display and compatibility in web based Email.
6) Send final test to me for approval and make adjustments as necessary.
