I need a graphic tool made in C# .NET and similar features just like ms paint (windows paint).
Features:
- An existing application I have will call this C# paint a pass an image/bitmap as parameter to it. Then it should show up the image and then everything is quite similar to paint (a toolbox at the top and another one at left hand side)
-Side bar (vertical) should have:
*Undo/Redo last actions/copy/paste/cut
*select image area (rectangle/circle/free form)
*Color pallete
*Line/line tickness
*Graphics: text/ pencil / circle / rectangles / rectangles with rounded edges / free
*Rubber
-Top bar (horizontal) should have:
*Image group: invert/rotate (to left/to rigth/angle)
*Clear button: should discard all changes made on the image since its opening
*Zoom: text field with its value and can be done using mouse mouse wheel
