Build a betting website with fictional currency

Hello there!

I am starting a small betting site, where people can bet MMORPG money with a chance of winning a fictional currency.

How does the betting work?

A simlpe token system:

- A currency/money that is generated by admins/agents, and those are called tokens.

- To get tokens, people trade our admins/agents gold from a MMoRPG game for a swap of tokens, which is done by te admin/agent in the admin/moderator panel.

- When they win, they can cash out (trade admin to get MMORPG money back), where they get a hold of an agent, that tells where to meet him in the game, so that he can swap the tokens into gold in the game.

There needs to be two available method for betting:

- Dicing 55x2 or better explained as "roll above 55 on a 100 percent scale to win double the amount you bet".

You bet for example 5m tokens, and you need to roll over 55 on the percent scale, if you roll 20, you lose 5m, if you roll 58 for example you win 5m tokens + get the amount betted back so 10m in total pot.

- Dicing against other users on two 6 sided dice:

You have two 6 sided dices and if you play for example 1 million tokens versus another player/gambler, the guy who rolls the highest on the two dices (example: 10, versus 6) wins. You can refer to playing with two dices in real life.

For maximum security, every time you dice the server will generate a seed hash and the client will generate a hash.

Whats in CoinDice?

Theres the method for generating server seed hashes and client hashes. There's also the script for playing 55x2 dicing.

What will make me hire you?

- You will need to spend time reading the description, so that I know you understand my requirements and what actually has to be done.

- I want you to be easy to communicate with and always answering my questions or demands.

- You need to show me progressive updates, or at least announce when you've progressed.

I have received an offer from www.tokenbets.com who also have a very similar website to what I need, and they will sell out the whole website script for $750. So unless you can do any better, I'm going with them, because they've already got what I need.
