I need to build a classified site so i can post my own classifieds and users can post their own, and it must be monitored! also i would like to control categories, as some of them will be paid and some of them will print a discount card with unique ID to the user to shop in certain shops. also i will need to have points system and i need to be able to list posts and refer it with URl to external sites.
