Graphic design for folder for HVAC company

We are needing a folder to leave behind at a residential customer's home which contains important information about replacing their Residential A/C System.

The Customer is located in Texas, with a 1 or 2 story brick home with Hot Summers. Home is 10-20 years old.

We're on a mission to [login to view URL] old R-22 Systems 2. Long-Term Efficiency maintenance service on the systems we replace.

We need the front and back side of the flyer to brand our company well, ( not showing too many faces) with our Fleet plus stock pictures maybe. We want to look like a Fast, Clean & Efficient A/C Service with a focus on Replacing old/ R-22 Residential A/C Systems.

If it doesn't match our brand, it need to be creative while still making us look creditable. There's more work to fill our the folder so Branding + Sales Minded + Sales Design is important
