Graphic Designer that is familiar with Hebrew

I am putting together a simple ceremony program for a bar mitzvah. It is a one week project that will require reasonably quick turnarounds. The designer must be familiar with Hebrew and be able to type in Hebrew fonts (language fluency is NOT required). I am based in New York city, and ideally an in-person meeting or two would be best, but is not required.
