Icon Design for Existing Product Line

I would like to hire an Icon Designer that creates professional, modern looking icons for our existing and expanding portfolio of software products.
Existing icons (done by a very poor designer - me... :) as well as product descriptions, etc. can be viewed on our website - [url removed, login to view] to help you create ideas - though by no means are the icons to be considered 'examples' - I welcome creativity!
Additional products come out now/then (with 50 currently in our pipeline - some of which will be released in the near future and of course will need icons), so I'm looking for a designer that will not only create the ~2 dozen that are needed today (17 products online, others in the 'near future' that we need icons on now), though also be available for additional work (retaining consistency in the overall feel of the product line) in the coming several months.
Am wide open for ideas - including (and almost prefered) to have icons without wording (most of ours have lettering now which may/not be in the new ones). You may even like some of the icons we have now (we do :), though we are wide open to ideas to update the entire portfolio.
Professional, modern design with a consistent 'feel' (though not necessarily 'theme') is what is important.
Output to be .png, 1024 x 1024, with any white background (open to colors) being transparent.
Timeframe is 'asap', though not critical (we have used the current icons for years and are revamping the website now, which makes the icons look quite dated....)
