Need a few icons

I need a few icons developed. The icons I need are 16x16 pixels, PNG format. As far as the number of colors goes, I think 32 bit color would be appropriate.
Here are the icons that I need:
1) A yellow check mark, similar in style to icons in the attached screen capture. The intent of the icon is to express the feeling that a person is confirming something, that is, a person has confirmed that he or she has performed some assigned task. If you have a better idea than a yellow checkmark, I\'m very open to ideas.
2) An icon to express the idea that a person is \"claiming\" something. For instance, there is some work to be performed and a person wants to \"claim\" that work. I need an icon to express that idea.
3) An icon that will be pushed, which makes a software program enter a new screen that displays jobs to be performed.
4) An icon that will be pushed, which makes a software program enter a new screen that displays work that people have to do.

That\'s it for now. I know some of this is a bit fuzzy, but I have attached a screen shot of my software application that shows some of the icons that I already have so that you can create new icons in the same style and that would fit into my software application.

Can design in a short time would like to put to put in writing in a standard contract what you the customer will be getting for their money and in the time contracted for from your design and developer.
Graphics would be produced at higher size and scaled - you\'d get original PSD files for the graphics and due to the simplicity - only $10 per graphic.
