Hi, I just installed osTicket and I need few small changes done.
1. osTicket Custom Field Create : Need 1 custom field added called CUSTOMER ID and need Extn field removed.
2. osTicket Email Piping Setup : If someone emails to xxx [a] [url removed, login to view] (example), then it should auto create the ticket in his account. If there is no account associated with that email address from where he emailed, then he should get an email with the login details. osTicket already has this customization thing, just find it from their forum and apply the patch.
3. Create Ticket Button Alignment Issue on iPhone : CSS fixes
