Promote Facebook page and generate sales

We are a newly startup company [login to view URL] and we have a facebook page [login to view URL]
We have been keeping the page busy by uploading images every day of new products, but we are not generating any sales till now.
We would like to have a freelancer, one or more to whom we would work closely 5~10 products promotion. We have a designer to design the product banner with the price tag we would like to sell at. The freelancer role would be to setup the banner and make sure it is targeted to proper audience in UAE, gander wise, age wise, etc! and most important to generate lead for those products.
We are flexible to work on MORE then one freelancer on:
1. Per 5 or 10 product promotion setup and maintenance charges only.
2. Publishing the banner and marketing it well and getting paid per lead basis.
We already have 10 products to start up with and we want to work with freelancer with proper expertise and long term business relationship. That why we are more willing to work with freelancer who can setup the banner and start promoting them to proper audience and get paid per lead basis (Option 2). This way we pay for the work that produces business for both.
