i am looking for a top web design company (apology to individual freelancers) as one of my client want to develop a Quality Custom Wordpress website, he wants a well designed and fast loading site. front end skills like using Angular, javascript, css, and Graphic design to illustrate competitive and informative Graphic designs are very important. but we would also need excellent programming skills for strong and secured backend.

From backend we should be able to manage every content easily, every section that appears on front must be able to manage from admin very easily. option to manage inquiries from contact and career pages must be available, store emails in mail chimp, and inquiries in Zoho CRM, website must provide a great user experience.
website needs to be SEO friendly and fully optimised for heavy traffic. we need this website to automate business process and enquiries.
Website must quickly load on mobile and tablet devices. and should be fully responsive. every page must be opened 1/100 of a second. and complete site should be tested for wordpress version upgrade/downgrade, security testing, loading time on all devices. if it goes well we can have a maintenance and support contract with winning company.
