I like to build a web system based on php and mysql. system will perform the following tasks
1 - create a table based on the CSV or txt file
2 - create a web page to display data from table with some graphics.
3 - Read the CSV or txt file every x minutes
4 - update the table every x minutes and replace the data in the table.
5 - create system for user to set email alert ( details are coming)
6 - system should have flexibility so these types of pages can be created in the future based on CSV file
